While on holiday, I managed to goto the Wests vs Eels game and noticed a kit been worn by some players during half time, which would be a great home kit for us next season.

It sticks with our traditional irregular hoops but looks different from what we've had in recent years.



Thoughts?

It's alright, i think it could look really special and modern, but still Hull Fc with a proffessionals touch!

very similar to the away kit we had in the early 80s.

the kits are already in production AFAIK, mind you to hit the shops for xmas they need to be. I wouldnt want that as a home kit, too much white for my liking

I think we should have pink and black irregular hoops and donate some money to breast cancer like some of the clubs have done in the NL this year

Maybe that should be a one off for a particular game.

problem with that is the limited supply as i think it would be really popular, and hard for the club to anticipate supply and demand. If it was a permanent kit for the season, maybe just increase the price of that shirt by £2 per unit and donate the additional money

Yeah but if we get pink in our shirts, the Dobbins are only going to start having a go about copying them.

most nrl season have a "traditional day " were all the clubs were there first ever kits......proved very popular over there.....i recon we could have a charity day were all the clubs choose a charity and have a kit specially made available to buy although to a limited number.....i recon a green and white fc kit for dove house would go down a treat...id like to see rovers playing in there charity kit!!! it would be there home shirt...

Is Children In Need still our charity?

yes for this season, but with dove house being a major charity in this city i thought it would be apt for us to have there kit on our backs at some point..

Would love the club to take our 'Life For A Kid Foundation' on board......Might do a bit of asking about. Afterall......The GB Allstars play all their games to raise funds for us.....so why not keep it in the RL family. Having our 'Kid' logo somewhere on a few SL team shirts would help raise awareness and help loads more children that are getting 'overlooked' by the system!!!
Anyone know anyone 'in the know' ?????

Just to add........The kit design could incorporate sky blue again (LFKF colour)...added to Black 'n' White.....So we would have a Cronulla colour scheme!!!!!

West's have had some decent shirts for a couple of years now. Some very good off field range also but every time Ive tried to get anything through the Magpies website , I get no reply.

I was trying to get that Magpies shirt in the picture while i was over there but couldnt find anywhere to buy them.

Last years shirt was sponsored by Rebel sports , Black shirt with a white V but couldn't see any on their site. Me and a mate of mine have sent dozens of emails to West's but never had a reply. Strange.

i'd like to see something like that kit as a change.

Lisa & I have been talking about this for years. A shocking pink and black irregular hooped shirt like Salford had this year would be fantastic!!

Next years shirts will have the numbers on the front, so it looks like we are attacking

I e-mailed Airlie Night earlier in the season when Lee Jenkinson was on to ask whether they'd thought about the black shirt with white V - really like that one. He said the 2010 shirt designs had already been decided at that point, but I'd really like to see this one in the future. Hope they get the same ladies fit as this year - very impressed.
