I'll go first.

If I was ANY teams coach i wouldn't buy any of them.

Tickle and Thackray would have a few interested IMO, and Radford and King maybe 2 or 3 as well.

Tickle probably any but the top 3, Catalans, or a return to Wigan. I wouldn't have thought Warrington if it weren't for the rumour either though. He may have off-field issues rumoured, but he's still got enough quality for teams to be interested even if they consider it a gamble.

Radford and King, probably Celtic, Salford and Wakefield. King maybe even Bradford.

Thackray, same 4 as King plus Cas and Harlequins.

Rovers are currently talking to 2 Hull players. Both forwards i am told but not sure if they are contracted or out of contract at end of season.

The thing is Thackeray and King are both good prop forwards

Wigan possibly for tickle as they have lost Hock .... possibility though they dont need a goalkicker.

In those circumstances, I'd consider Thackray's addition an improvement in the front row.

Top-flight experience is invaluable for a new side like Celtic IMO. Wakey I see your point, but a club at their level (no disrespect intended) is also looking at either older players or youngsters to gamble on.

The thing is, because we have too many ordinary SL players, people get carried away thinking they are no good at all at this level. They actually are providing you have the right players around them to balance the team and make a sound collective. Teams would be interested in individual players, the difference is they wouldn't be interested in them all together.

From a Rovers POV.
Radford - Probably not on current form. If it was thought that he would be renewed and refreshed by a move, a one year deal subsidized by his FC pay-off mightn't be too bad. Still only 30.
Thorman - Actually thought he'd be a decent signing for you, covering 1, 6 and 7, until you binned Dykes [iand[/i James Webster. Could be a decent squad player at Salford or Wakefield but somebody is going to have to do a lot of work rebuilding his confidence.
King- no. Maybe a couple of years at a lower level left in him. Fev or Sheffield or somebody like that.
Tickle- decent player, but the rumours and the wage he'd be looking for would put me of.
Thackaray- If Aizue moves in the other direction, or elsewhere, and Welsh Captain David Mills could get a deal at Celtic, he could be a decent acquisition for Rovers. I'd expect competition from other clubs though.
G. Horne- Cheap and versatile is a good combination. However, might just be taking up a spot that could be filled almost as well, and with more long-term benefit, by a young club-trained player.
Tony- We do need another hooker.

Decent attitude and ability, good versatility - so maybe. Otoh, for reasons of PR (and the good of the English game!) we have to trim our foreign legion and he has had a lot of injury problems - so maybe not.

Don't want Aizue anywhere near Hull Fc.
