For certain players, rugby league is not high enough up the list of their priorities. They like the lifestyle but aren't prepared to put in the effort when asked. (or words to that effect).

A lot of our team treat Rugby League as if it's not a professional sport. A big difference between us and Aus IMO, our players don't take it seriously enough.

He needs to front up, and quickly. His silence was deafening after promising to wield the axe after last years derby. Regardless of having another injury hit squad, I don't to see anyone in the shirt who isn't pulling their weight. All those who aren't cutting the mustard ought to go on the transfer list. signs of a poor coach. If a player is not putting his rugby first he should be dropped.
You can make up inuries etc to mask real reasons.

i`d drop them and bring in a reserve as it cant get any worse and it`ll give em a kick up the backside...hopefully..

Cas fans we were stood with were saying it's not surprising we don't look @rsed when we've announced loads of signings and a lot of the current squad know their card is marked. I sort of understand this, but even so, going on the levels of commitment today I don't know how some of them can look in the mirror.

The apparent p.ss heads in the club won't even be bothered about how there playing. There still getting paid alot and will just be looking forward to getting home and going on the lash.
It really is sad that how much of a joke our club has become. Coaches are sh.t, tactics are sh.t. Players never perform.
