They told me in ticket office today they had sold 2,500

There will be nowhere near as many there as some have been predicting. Wouldn't be surprised if the crowd was below 10k

Our performance (or lack of) will put many off going, if I hadn't bought tickets last week I'd have stayed at home and watched on the box...the rugby we are playing just isn't worth the entry fee at the moment

The hope of the unexpected or unlikely is half the excitement.
We've got people coming with us who have never been or haven't been for years, or who go intermittently.
An opportunity to get to Wembley doesn't come around regularly.

I've got a friend flying in from overseas, he also made both Catalans games, as did I, we need to support the boys. If they fail us, then I'll be the first one shouting the odds at them!

You'll need to be quick then as they'll be queuing up to criticise.

I'll only criticise if the effort is lacking, if we get beaten by a better team (which Wire are) then no problem with that.

same here, if they try hard and at least look like they've tried to address some of the big flaws in our game (such as attacking play and kicking game) then no complaints if we lose...but if we turn up and deliver the same 'dumb' performance yet again then both coaches and players get all they deserve.

that's the kicker for me, words in the HDM are one thing, words are meaningless, actions matter.

Just to echo another poster, how could you contemplate missing a semi final? The 2005 performances were fitful to say the least yet we turned ST Helen's over in the semi and they were the best team around at the time.

After 5 seasons of hype and little to show for it, I really am at that stage of being apathetic about it all.

Been a pass-holder for many years, and I could accept it if we were struggling through lack of funds, injuries, bad ref decisions, events off the field etc but I can't accept the in-consistent effort and lack of ideas from a group of players & coaches who are some of the highest paid in this clubs history.

i've enjoyed a handful of games this season, the rest have been forgettable or a chore to watch. Its sad to say but I feel like I'm drifting away from the club and the game.

I don't expect us to win every game, in fact the defeat to Wigan was one of the highlights of the season for me, for the fantastic rugby on display from both teams...but at the end of the day Rugby League is entertainment, and I haven't felt consistently entertained for many seasons now.

I have my ticket for Sunday, and I'll be getting behind the team and hope we can pull something out the bag and get to Wembley...but it really is becoming 'last chance saloon' for them to turn my opinion round before the end of the season and convince me to buy a Pass for next year. And I don't think I am the only fan thinking like that.

I feel your pain, but I'd disagree about the 5 years of hype. For three of those we had Agar who was not fit for purpose.

What the players get paid is largely irrelevant. If there were loads of people showing concern about our performances at the end of May, I could fully see your point, but there was no one showing even the smallest amount of worry.

We have lost our last four SL games by a collective of 16 points. If we were getting smashed and not showing any pride there should rightly been concern. But we are playing well below par and still within touching distance of winning games.

I am not telling you what to do, that's your business, but if you feel the team is in a worse position now than it was under Agar, I'd fully disagree with you.

Are you sure that was not how many we're left. We sold 1500 on the first day. I can't believe we've only sold 1000 in 4 days

I've got my tickets direct from the RFL, not a passholder and I don't live in Hull so it made more sense. I suspect others have done the same, hence the club have 'only' sold 2500?

There'll be a decent turnout, and as bad as we've been I'm reluctant to miss this game. Games like this, the team needs all the support it can get, it's no time to lose faith.

I know quite a few pass holders who are waiting for general sales so they can fet tickets together with non pass holders.

there was still hype under Agar, the 2010 season for example was hyped up with the arrivals of Long, O'Meley & Fitzgibbon...and for a while we looked to be improving, before slipping back to our mid-table mediocrity. There's only so many times the club can play the 'new coach, new players, new era' card...I think they've heaped pressure on themselves with the constant 'top4' comments.

yes recent games have been close, but I think that says it all about the standard of SL this year that we can play so poorly and play such uninspired rugby and still be in with a shot of winning games. I have found a lot of SL games uninteresting this year, not just HullFC ones, and I hope the changes to the league (whatever option they decide on) helps change this.

I don't think the current situation is worse than the Agar era, it is slightly better...but at the same time almost 2 years after his departure I would have expected us to have improved more than we have done.

I've seen much worse Hull sides and many worse times as a supporter of over 35 years. What I haven't seen before is a club who have everything in place to be challenging for the top 4 but who consistently under perform. It's getting to the point where I actually don't want to go to matches any more
