We could be third on points difference if results go our way.

Hudds have to go to Catalans this week and Wigan go to Cas

Again not a must win, but an important game with two very tough away games.

Our away form has been terrible with our only SL win coming first game against Wakey.

Not a fan of the halfbacks, but if slightly better last game and if Hodgson has decided that is the way to go then he must give them a couple of games together.

Who where the doubts Sao, Carlos and one other?

Fash should be back and mayeb Mitch, also Scott too, who impressed in the reserves against Tupou.

Think it was laney who got a bang on his shoulder against Wigan
If the 3 doubts are passed fit then the only decision to make for me is do we keep Griffin on the bench or replace him with fash the rest deserve to keep there places

Thought we'd have found out about Sao by now if it was serious.

I was at Headingley Dave when we beat Leeds easy, Connor excellent, we threw the Cas game away, and the Wigan game could have gone our way, but your right we need to be better away from home as well.

I can only see an FC win here (unfortunately for me). depending on the team that we put out, we generally defend ok so i dont think it will be a big score against us. Our problem is very much that when we have the ball we do nothing with it.

Yeh it was Jordan Lane as BH said he's got a bit of a stinger, hopefully both Carlos and Ligi will have been helped by the week off and be fit.

As for a must win, I'm not so sure, its certainly not going to be easy against Wakey as it rarely is.

Must win. Nope. Important that we win Yes. Never easy at Wakey and there will be desperate to win. Plus we are talking Hull here and we all know how we can slip up. Saying all that if we turn up and play like we can it's a Win. COYH

Forgot about Leeds, we were poor against Cas, kept Lovodua on the bench for 50 minutes, deserved to get beat

He was seen on the watt bike in Total fitness couple of days after the wigan game so hopefully he'll be ok,
Carlos doubtful with a hand injury picked up in the Wigan game.

Wakey are doing it tough on the injury front by the sounds of it. No Johnstone, Tupou or Kaye.

Hodgson hopeful Lane, Sao and Carlos should be all good. Plus Fash and Scott are back in the mix

Of course it's not a must win game, though it is a should win game.

We didn't cope too well with the last two week break. It was at Saints, admittedly, but it was a lacklustre performance after three good wins.

Fingers crossed a good display, up to fourth and a boost ahead of the trip to Catalans.

No games are easy. If the team go in with that attitude we could be in trouble. Remember Cas just turn up and we win. Wakey are fighting for survival. It won't be a walk in the park.

Super League results are very unpredictable as seen today with the results in France and at Warrington.

Trivia alert!! The last time I attended a Wakefield v Hull fixture was at Wembley in 1960 when we were hammered by a Derek 'Rocky' Turner led team who were handed the cup by the Queen which I believe was the only time she ever presented that trophy. The Lance Todd winner that day was the legendary Tommy Harris.

Turner was a star player for Hull KR in the early 50's when they were mostly at the foot of the table and Turner had some epic battles with Johnny Whiteley and Tommy Harris before later joining them in the GB team that last won the Ashes series in England(1959).
