I have admired this guy for a while. Played 6 tests for Oz a few years back, fast, strong and very classy player both on and off the field. Injury problems aside, I would be very pleased if we could pull this off. Could be a possible with the Ellis connection too.

Posting as a Wests Tigers fan I would be happy to see him leave. Solid defender, makes too many errors and has lost a lot of pace. Not good enough for us and is the week link in our back line. Has mid table SL written all over him. Not sure he would play in the championship though.

After watching Aussie rugby for a while and having watched Samoa at weekend please Mr Pearson can we have Frank Pritchard and Konrad Hurrell. They would be awesome in super league if we stay there.

When fit, miles better than what weve got. .. but a dislocated hip is a big injury, one of which his form has never recoverd from by all accounts

Heighington and Lawrence both seem like Radford type signings. I would be happy with both although Pritchard and Hurrell would make me happier.

A bit of a gamble due to his fitness record, but if fit could be an excellent signing, certainly worked for Rovers with Campese. Miles better than any of our current centres and still only 26, he is a better player than Joel Moon and Gelling who are two of the best centres in SL.

Dislocated mine playing when I was 23 and that was my playing done for. 20 years on and it still hurts! None existent nhs after care probably didn't help though compared to what he would have got. Never the less, not a pleasant injury.

Lawrence Pearce has turned out to be a decent back rower...in union at Leicester Tigers were he is currently ripping it up, shame we tried to play him as a winger.

Don't think we ever did. Just something tevita said in paper. Used to play him 2nd row n prop in the 20s but didn't even have the engine for that. Coaches used to try keep him on so he'd push through n get his 2nd wind but he didn't have the stomach for it. Lost count of the times he went off injured but played every week. Not cut out for league.

Pearce never had the fitness levels required for RL.

Wonder if the centre we could be linked with is Dane Nielson? Just realised with immediate effect from St George.

don't think we'd get him on the salary cap this season.

Surely wed get close if we got rid of the utter dross stealing a living in our squad...
