What's all this talk on twitter of Bobbie Goulding coming in as an assistant to Radford, Would he come? would he make a difference?

I would hope were looking at a coach who has served his time as either an assistant coach in SL or a head coach in the championship instead of going for a name who used to be a good player but not done much in coaching . I like Paul Rowley

There would be merit in having a former top class pivot involved on the coaching side undoubtedly. But Goulding? WTF?

AP rejected advisors etc last week so I'd say it's a non-starter. Also for the reasons Dave K gave

Forgive my ignorance but what does Andy Last do as assistant coach? We brought Poching in as defence guru and it's starting to pay off.

Evidence seems to suggest that he messes up potential and other than that not a lot but I may be wrong and perhaps there'd be a massive queue from Super League clubs and many in the NRL if his services were ever to come onto the market. My fear is we'll never know.

I would doubt they would come, but I'd make a move for either Lee Briers or Paul Deacon as assistant coach if Pearson is to stay.

Yes that's what I meant, not my choice, but if Pearson is sticking by his guns, we need another coach to help him with the attacking structures.
