Just read all cockaynes tweets..he forgets hes goaded players & fans over the years..but slating rankin for doing it...people who live in glass houses.

I suppose cockhead has forgotten his antics at the millennium stadium at the final hooter running in front of the hull fans flicking the Vs. The guy is a first class oxygen thief.

Cockayne is having a field day this morning. Hasn't a clue how to behave professionally and handle the abuse. Some of the insults he's posted today to fans of the game he plays for a living are beyond belief. No dignity, charm or discernment. His sexism and small-town culturism are laid bare once again for all to see. He has no concept of how to protect his reputation by remaining polite, dignified and removed.

If I referred to my company's rival's clients in this manner I would have been sacked for a fraction of what he's written last night and this morning. And rightly so. What an embarassment he is, once again, to Hull KR.

Thought it was rather funny myself. Why react to it? It gives him more ammo. You need to look at the abuse he's receiving before commenting. As the old saying goes, ignore it and it'll go away.

You miss the point. [iHe's[/i the professional. The role model and ambassador for your club. Why has [ihe[/i reacted to it? Why has [ihe[/i provided the ammo?

All professional sportsmen get abuse, the vast majority know how to deal with it appropriately. They acknowledge politely and withdraw. As the old saying goes, they ignore it and it goes away. As they're the professional and representative of their club and employer, the onus is on them to take the initiative - not to inflame and prolong the debate.

Unfortunately for himself and HKR, Cockayne has once again revealed his clueless true colours. (And is still doing so - he's still at it.) It's the modern day equivalent of Cantona's kung-fu kick, and is just as unacceptable.

Absolutely agree, he is getting some major abuse but most professional sportsmen would block & ignore. He's reacting like for like. Not good, and certainly not a role model. I suspect he's not really bothered, it suits his image I guess.

He may even have a point regards Rankin, but his reaction this morning is unprofessional and someone at KR needs to have a word.

As he says himself, when we turn them over next time around he'll be on the receiving end. It'll be interesting to see his reaction then!

Own personal twitter account? Its a social media outlet specifically designed to share your views with the general public. It's not like they were texting each other.

The fact he doesn't seem to realise how much of a hypocrite he is just shows how thick he is and that's before we talk about his questionable character.

It's escalated far beyond that, now. Read the twit Cackayne's rants, I mean, tweets from last night and this morning. Funny, but shockingly unprofessional. Is it a fake account?

He is absolute scum of the earth, hope he gets a nice injury soon.

Fairly dumb comments from the pair of them but if it had been the other way round you'd have Hull fans retweeting Miller & Rankin and Rovers fans would be getting their knickers in a twist.

If you don't like it just don't follow them.
