Well were a couple of days into December and the tree and decorations are now up in the L+I household . Just wondering what's everyone's favourite Christmas tipple , film or any other Christmas ritual you may do ?

We shall be watching as many Christmas movies as we can cram in starting with home alone 1+2 , Scrooged , elf , the missus loves a Christmas story with a glass of snowballs and my favourite the grinch with a box of ritze crackers mmmmm

I'll be mainly sliding down a mountain and drinking mulled wine

Read "The Night Before Christmas" every Christmas Eve. The book I read was a present from my grandparents who live in the US when I was 2 years old, so the spine is a little damaged and held together with a bit of cellotape but I wouldn't have it any other way

Nightmare before Christmas, a bit dark but a great watch

having seen several versions of Christmas Carol, Muppet's version probably my favourite and quite liked the animated one with Jim Carey in, going to actually read the book over Christmas week

First time in 6 years I am off work, going round on xmas day for xmas dinner wth 30 peeps

When i drink at christmas, i'll go all out and make a candy cane cocktail
My favorite film i watch is the santa clause 1 not 2 or 3
and most nights starting from the 12th, i'll lay on the couch at night with just christmas lights on, and watch tv, its weird, but i love it

I miss being shorter than my mam, dad, and older brother for the mandatory family photo in front of the tree. I'll be taller than the tree next.

Usually watch most films over xmas..

But generally we'll watch Gremlins, The Santa Claus (Tim Allen), Nightmare Before Christmas. Can't forget National Lampoons Xmas Vacation though haha..

Unlucky for me though every saturday now i've got to put up with Harry Potter

Watch it mate, not only a great Christmas film, but one of the best films ever made.

Christmas Eve is panto time followed by a visit to KFC for a boneless bucket then settle down to watch polar express (Tom Hanks) or the Grinch with a nice glass of wine.......Mmmmmmm!

Working Christmas eve night shift, finish at 7.45 so home to bed, climb out just as meal is finishing a couple glasses of wine with it. A quick round of present unwrapping then a granddad nap regardless of whats on tv.

Still miss the Christmas day fixture of my youth though

Traditions: still allowed to open 1 present on Xmas Eve night, usually aim for the one that looks like a DVD to give us something to watch.

Used to really enjoy taking the Dog for a walk to walk of Xmas Dinner and clear my head, its always so eerie hearing the streets so quiet and calm. Sadly the Dog's no longer with us though

Everton doing the business at old Trafford has made it feel like Xmas has come early for me

Always fancied skiing at Christmas.

Time with family for me with a few beers, Desperado's and vodka along the way.

Love to watch Elf, home alone and few other kids Christmas films. Always used to watch Nightmare Before Christmas on Christmas eve day and It's a Wonderful Life Christmas eve night.
