Also when are tickets on sale, can i pick them up now, i only live a mile away from caravan park. So very easy for me to get to the game.

Think you must be mistaken. We're told Craven Park is a sellout in East and RM stand terms every single game, so can't see there being tickets to spare at this stage.

Not true. Latest thinking is they need more seating as families not attending due to not wanting to stand. Old thoughts that east stand being full is putting off walks ups is now seen as rubbish, however the proliferation of corporate hospitality facilities next season will allow rovers to suddenly increase income enough to spend to the cap. They're even having a preier club style bar I've heard

| For those not remotely interested in the South Terrace ....
General assumption is that there's a fair number of East Stand tickets available.
Assume 'The Well' has plenty of availability too.
£22 Adults.

No, you are incorrect. As in all previous years the basic price for standing is reduced when there is no demand, like most businesses we don't reduce if we are likely to fill it.

£22 for The Well? And we're the one's getting it in the neck for being the club that over charges people! Unbelievable!

| At the time we were not in Super League and although offered it, it would not have been a viable option. You however, still had you own 'ground'and could have remained there , which I understand would have been favoured by the die hard FC fans. It amazes me every year when the Craven Park match comes around that the new generation of FC fans whinge about going to watch their team at the ground, which I agree needs altering at the South end but is still a better ground than the Boulevard ever was.

Why did The Boulevard get an Australia game in the 2000 World Cup then, when CP only got Japan v Morocco in the Emerging Nations tournament?

Nowhere near as good as the boulevard was. The viewing angles on the south end are appalling. I've stood there twice for derbies and you really can't see what's going on much past the 20 metre line at that end. I'm not wasting my money to stand there again
If there's anything resembling a decent stand put at that end we'd fill it every year

Nuff said....
Although if I'm really honest with myself, the s*it ground is a very secondary excuse (and yes I remember the Boulevard - about 15 rows belows the scoreboard to be precise - always used to get about 50 'brave' KR fans pile in on derby day!)
The truth is, I think your chairman is bell end and refuse to give him any cash.
On the other hand, I welcome his sponsorship and contribution to our club.

OK so could argue the east stand sponsorship was for Hull City only.
What is intresting though is you dont question NH being a bell end

Give over, he's obviously a bandwagon supporter and never even seen the old Boulevard never mind set foot in it, for those who do remember it will remember the fact that although the threepenny stand was very good for its atmosphere, it was also practicaly falling apart before the new stand was errected.
Who will ever forget the golden showers cascading down from the back of that stand or having to near freeze to death on the Gordon street end on a cold winters day, you could'nt even go for a pee undercover.
At the end of the day no matter how bad it was it did'nt stop the real fans turning up in large numbers on derby day, be it Red and white or black and white, so anyone who uses the state of any ground as an excuse for not turning up is a very poor speciman of a supporter imo,(commonly known as part timers i believe).
