with another excellent desicion by hull to make east stand all reserved, one can only say they have killed the atmosphere. i sit in south and east looked empty, it looked even worse on camera. also 12500 fans many walked out in south 10 mins to go,
even the dancers changed stands were they dance in front, now its the south stand,

the club is a joke, i have been a pass holder for years and we supporters give our all and spend our money,our money the club is only interested in. mr rule, the grade A, the best backroom staff, the admin staff the first class stadium and our 1 million £ merchandise turn over and you say we have the best supporters, YES YES YES YOU DO, BUT YOU HAVE A SH....T BOARD AND A SH....T COACH.
we keep our side of the bargain by still supporting the crap rugby agar insists on playing. get rid and get some who knows what they are doing, and KEEP YOUR SIDE OF THE BARGAIN.

I agree.. I have got an east stand pass and the atmosphere last night was crap compared to previous seasons.. Also looked very poor on sky..

What you need from your east stand is to be packed out and be as vocal as can be raising the roof off and lifting the players at the same time, ie Craven Park lol

I said years ago the only way to create an atmosphere was to make the East Stand UNRESERVED. It's the only way the people who want to create an atmosphere can mix together as at away games.

The decision to alienate the everyday fan who cannot afford a season pass so is expected to be kicked into the south stand out of the way in a like or lump it situation is quite frankly, disgusting. The club is a joke.

I think its far to early to criticise the move to make the east stand reserved. Last night everyone was fed up and miserable, the game was poor and the weather freezing...even if the whole ground was unreserved the atmosphere would have been dead!

how? there were plenty of tickets at the turnstiles for the east stand, just as there was when the sections were unreserved.

A lot of east stand regulars will also have taken up the south stand offer last night so not the best game to judge the stand on.

By making East all reserved it sorted chav corner in one fail swoop. It might not be a popular decision but the RFL were very close to slapping a Castleford style £50,000 fine onto us if something hard wasn't done. We could've been in 3D last night and the atmosphere would've been poop!!

Your right Karen the chav corned issue has rumbled on for years and doing nothing was not an option, the atmosphere at the KC has rarely hit hte heights and was never going to do so after Leeds hit the straps early on.

I was in favour of the East Stand becoming completely reserved due to the problems in the North East corner as well as meaning it raised the stadium capacity due to the H&S ruling on unreserved seating.

However after Friday I think it might have been wise to leave the two blocks at the south end of the East Stand unreserved. Time will tell over the rest of the season, I suppose.
