Not unless we sign a couple of player, one must be a halfback and we have better coaching, attacking wise.

No, forwards not good enough, half backs not good enough and too injury prone. full back misses too many matches due to indiscipline and our centres are rubbish. Other than that we have an average (at best) coach.

I think i've come through the stage were it used to wind me up and annoy me. And now, although some of your points are valid to an extent, they are a bit extreme and you make me smile!!

I seriously doubt we will be contenders next season. Unless we improve drastically in offence we will be in roughly the same position next season. To finish in the top 2 teams have scored on average 800+ and we are way short of that at the moment.
We also do not have the ability to win the "must win" games, in the last 2 seasons we have had 4 must win games and lost all 4 of them and only performed in one of them.

I do put most of the blame at Agars door and with him in charge i think we will just continue as we have done the last couple of seasons.

3 were knockout games so must win ones and the Leeds game was to guarantee us 4th spot so again a must win for me.

Next season will mirror this one unless we change offensively which I doubt Agar would.

Salford - we were proper robbed due to that ridiculous forward pass.

Although, you shouldn't really gauge the end of season postion and pin it on one result. If that's the case you could say Sts home and away were must win, Rovers home and away must win etc,etc.....

The Salford game yes there was a forward pass but we were only in that position because we played woefully for 70 minutes of the game.

I agree to a point with the Leeds game and with it being 1 of 27 league games however when it came down to that game there were no more league games to play and we knew a win would secure 4th a loss would mean 5th or 6th so for me it was a must win game.

We do seem to do exceptionally well in the games in which people expect us to lose. However, we are the complete opposite in games were we are expected/need to win!!
Very frustrating

Though I agree we have often bottled it in the 'big games' e.g the ones we needed to win there is ofcourse reasons why - particularly Leeds/Hull KR games. We played for 12 men for 70 minutes against Leeds and put in an outstanding effort however the numbers killed us in the end. As for the Derby, we, as Hull KR were the derby before, had just come off a massive performance against the reigning champions playing most of the game with 12 men and our players put so much energy into it that they were out they feet.

We regards to things changing for next season, unless we sign a decent HB to cover or we have a radical change around in luck with injuries then nothing will change.

I'm not too excited for another injury ridden season relying on 2nd rate players to perform in important positions

No as Hudds and Rovers have both strengthened their squads. Bradford and Catalans have finally got 2 good coaches in so I would expect them to both try and force their way into the top 8.

Next season there is more chance of us finishing outside of the top 8 than in the top 4.
