In the city centre I can recommend Zillis which is opposite Holy Trinity Church.

Kingston upon Hull HU1 2JN
They do a standard breakfast and a 'Zillis breakfast' - bacon, egg, sausages, beans, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, black pudding and a round of toast. Blooming marvellous!!

So not too far from the City centre.
