Gutted.....I heard the Goombay Dance Band were lined up for a comeback.

Just have to console yourself with the Wurzels,Must admit though Stevie Wonder has got more chance of seeing me than of me watching Him.

If I was going, I'd be watching Orbital at the same time as him tbh

Nothing in there for me , Toots and the Maytals maybe or The Beat if it were the original line up.

Flaming Lips headlining - excellent.

To be honest the Other Stage has the best line up Courteeners,Gaslight Anthem,Cribs,Temper Trap,We Are Scientists,Editors,The National.
U2 and Muse,on Pyramid Ill Watch,Mumford and Sons,Saw Doctors maybe Stranglers for old time sake,just hope I can fit them in in my anticipated drink fuelled haze.squeeze were down to play but not listed ,however still a few TBA so here's hoping

best all round line up for a while, looking forward to ash, broken social scene, we are scientists, the cribs, midlake, slash, coheed and cambria (breaking michael eavis' unwritten rule on metal at glasto) gomez, faithless, black keys, ray davies and hopefully loudon wainwright

Not sure I'd call them 'metal' really. Prog rock is probably closer than anything, although they probably lie somewhere between that and metal.

That TBA look as if they will be busy. Are they any good?

Slash was the guitarist from GnR and ex Velvet Revolver now doing a solo album and playing at Download. Download Festival is miles better anyway with AC/DC, Aerosmith and Rage Against the Machine Headlining.

Guns and Roses will be at Leeds festival but Axel will probabaly be on his 3rd or 4th band by then.

line up looks great i.m.o, had tickets reserved but had to let them go cos the missus is due to drop our first sprog in july! every cloud and all that!!

Me and Digger going. Line up looks pish on the Pyramid, best bet looks like the West Holts stage. Mind you Glasto's not about the music, so it hardly matters.

I'm all excited about TBA, luckily they're playing more than one set.

yes, he's got a solo album coming out very soon with lots of guest vocalists - fergie from black eyed peas, lemmy, dave grohl, ian astbury, iggy pop, kid rock - so ther are lots of possibilities for special guest appearances on the day

outside chance that duff and izzy from the original gnr line up might appear - would trump axl if original drummer steven adler turned up too for a couple of appetite tracks - how about its so easy or mr brownstone with lemmy or iggy on vocals
