i'm one of the guilty ones who left with ten minutes on the clock remaining, if half the team could'nt be bothered to put any effort in tonight, don't see why i should make the effort to stay

Not read the thread, but your support really made a difference to the atmosphere tonight. Fair play. I'd say that you outnumbered your KR rivals 2 to 1 from their game 3 weeks ago. We'd love to have you every week - hope you had a safe journey home!

They do but we did a fantastic job on him during his first spell. We got in his face when he had the ball and made him work his socks off in defence. I thought the sight of O'Meely and Fitzgibbon really inspired Stuart Fielden tonight. It possibly brought back memories of his old GB days but whatever it was it worked a treat. His form has been very good all year so far but he took it on a level tonight.

It was a very good attendance all round. Wigan could quite easily be the best supported team in the league this year, especially with the deals suggested for their games with Harlequins and Warrington.
