| My old mum, bless her, had a bit a of problem with the new season ticket vouchers on Friday, we were running a bit late and it was cold but I didn't realize how bad the problem was until today.
She got a letter from the KC stadium this morning with a hand written letter explaining that she had handed in the wrong voucher and returning the voucher for the Hull KR game.
I was totally taken back by this, not only have the club checked all the handed in vouchers, all 9200 of them, but then taken the time to trace back who handed in the wrong one(s), written the letter and paid the postage to send it back.
I don't know if it was the KC stadium people or the club but they have to be applauded for this. Well done!

| My mate did exactly the same and the lad on the turnstile handed it back to him.Well done the club for posting the voucher back to this lady.The club seem to have turned a corner and deserve a pat on the back for the professional way all aspects of the club are being run.

| No she would have to take the ticket in to get it swapped for a voucher for the game of her choice, when she did this it would show up on the system as being used.

| My dad ripped the next voucher out and this was spotted by the turnstyle chappie, who shouted him back to get his voucher for Derby game.

| Its a lot easier for them to do this then if they just had number printed( easier to spot anyway). Its obviously been a plan due to tickets taken last season. I had a problem with a game due t this last season and the shop did everything they could during the build up to a very busy game to sort it out for me. Well done Hull FC

| Still think I prefer the old number system (No 1 for first game etc). When you’ve got kids with you it’s a bit of a mare trying to flick through looking for the corresponding ticket instead of it being the next one in the book.
