Unfortunately I won’t be there; id already booked to go away this weekend (Nothing Folk or Green Jumper related) so can’t make it.

would be great to see the team being organized and led round the park in a professional manner for the first time in 2 years.Also after all the usual hype about how the players are settling in and can't wait to get started Blah Blah Blah want to see them show it !!!!!
Obviously hoping for them to be the finished article is unrealistic but they should be able to show us enough to justify the optimism that we fans are feeling.
Will also be great to be able to cheer Preccie at half time,True giant of a man.

Whatever style of play we adopt I just want to see it done right. 4/5 drives and a kick would suit me fine, providing the drives are meaningful, the ruck is tidy and the kick has quality. Add to that a mean and organised defence and we will have plenty to build on, let’s get the basics sorted first and the rest will follow.

| I want to see:
1: A warm welcome for the four new lads.
2: Good recognition for Horney.
3: I'd like to see us play with more desire, commitment, a clue, pride, effort etc etc etc.
4: No injuries 
5: A win
I understand what Standee is saying, but I don't agree. If we were playing anyother team then I wouldn't really give one. But, were not, were playing our arch rivals, both fielding full teams, infront of 15,000 fans.
If we get smashed, pick up a couple of injuries, play as we did last season, then there goes the feel good factor that's been building. Beat them comfortably, show signs that the problems of last year are on the mend and keep everyone fit, then bring on 2010 and a 3,000+ army of black and whites heading to Knowsley Road  |
