I'd like to ask them if they will have a role in mentoring our younger players.

We criticize Aussie players for coing over here for a paycheck, but everything I have heard so far from both of these suggests that even though the money might be good, they still love the game and are charged up about being involved.

We talk about the Aussies having an influence on our game, but how many take the time to mentor and develop the squad around them? I remember people talking about Eric Cantona and what a revelation he was in training at Man U, staying behind for extra practice and always involving the younger academy players to help him plus pass on his knowledge.

The words of both Fitz and Ogre, especially Fitz, similarly suggests they will have a beneficial effect on our club long past their playing days in acting as role models to younger players. I'd like them to talk about how they might go about that.

Oh, and yes, as with other posters, can you ask Ogre if he can save up one of his 'special plays' for the derby.
