Who do you think our best signing is/will be for next season ?

The resigning of Moa?
Fitzgibbon?
O'Meley?
Long?
Turner?
or Moore?

Me personally i think it will be Moore. He will make a huge difference in the dressing room and will certainally get the best out of the players.

still does not go onto the park though where a player is measured, i think Luaki will be a player no one will want to run at, omeley one no one wants to tackle, fitz will be a constant , but long will make a peter sterling type impact in my opinion

FWIW I think the big hitter for us next year might well turn out to be Tansey!!

Tansey was shaping up nicely and did a few things that really impressed. i was apprehensive about the signing at first but since then i'm convinced he could become excellent.

best signing IMO is Sean Long - biggest void that needed filling

we got calderwood right last season at least but our shortfalls for 2010 were not totally different to our shortfalls for 2009 and the club seems to have learnt when and where quick fixes won't work

They all bring something different to the table and having been starved of a 7 for a couple of seasons , I think Long will be our most important and most needed signing out of all of them.

I'd hold judgement until things get going next season. I'd wager that 99% of us hadn't even heard of him until a couple of days ago

and you would be dead right too, i spoke to a pal of mine lived in Perth for 18 years yesterday on E mail , he is a massive RL fan and he hadnt heard of him either ..

Fitz, definitely not Long IMO.

For me Long will make us tick but my view on our best signing for me would be Tansey really like the look ov the young lad think he will be our prize asset next season gr8 signing Rich

Lauaki sort of counts as a new signing as he's only played about 75 minutes. A beast of a forward, the sort we've been missing for years.

Same here, i expect tansey to be pushing fro england honours next season, but Long is the catalyst for me

With a injury free season... Tansley will become the best fb in super league! ive liked this guy from day 1!. this guy will be a proper star nxt year!

Think there all great signings on paper but just feel fitzy will be massive for us , massive presence on + off the field , captain for me next year , also think lauaki could be awesome

our whole season depends on Long being fit and in form

if he's injured or out of form then we're back to square one...making the meters but having no brain to convert that into points.

It would definitely be fitz for me if he'd of been signed for longer as his influence could really shape our club, just not sure he will be here long enough to do that. If he stays for 2yrs then he's probably the best signing we've made.
If not, it's Long, closely followed by Tansey.

id say the two from the roosters are top top signings for ANY team...let alone a team that has been pathetic for two years running....to have 3 former kangaroos in your starting pack( fitz,shrek,berro) says alot to me that it really is shiit or bust this year...if the team fails, then agar definatly deserves the boot...no excuses this time....

Fitzgibbon is your biggest and best signing of 2010 by a country mile. His level of performance and consistancy in the hardest comp in the world over such a long period of time has got to be respected.
My only concern would be that because he isnt a ball playing or tackle busting forward, his contribution may be underestimated by some.
Would have him in the Rovers squad tomorrow.
