What is the usual punishment for a Grade C reckless tackle? Any previous to judge by or cos we missed out on Wembley and the play offs will it be a token 2 game ban to sure how strict the rfl are?

Agree with that on both points.

I thought both tackles where bad and if they had being on FC players you would have being baying for blood.

The second one was right in front of us and I thought it was just clumsy TBH.

I like the fact that Moa was warned for running into a melee. Not as bad as Fozzards for fighting but not throwing a punch!!

A policy where foul play not seen by the ref at a game is reviewed and action taken is the correct way to go.

It is the consistency of the RFL and the Disciplinary Committee that is the problem IMO.

I think you're right, both were bad and we would have been crying foul, but I also think that they weren't deliberate. The game moves at a fast pace so the second tackle saw the player driven into the ground but I don't think there was any intent. JtP has it right I reckon:

We've had so few disciplinaries this season, it's almost as if they're compensating to demonstrate some form of even-handedness in the end of year figures. Good that the Floodlit 9s counts as a round.

Do you think naming them in the nines was a ploy in case of a ban & the RFL saw through it and gave them a 2 match ban?

Or even for managing to get some injured players back we get penalised like this!

The most interesting bit for me was the last paragraph which stated

At least it shows we may have anticipated this eventuality and tried to minimise the fallout. First time for everything.
