Actually no! Just change the title of the thread to "does the club have a drinking culture?" and then we can stop diverting practically every other thread onto how often how many of the team are spotted on the lash.

i personally dont mind the odd friday night game but for people like me who's fiancee works weekends and having a young son who is in bed for 6 i am a bit gutted as i cant get to any home matches at all.

But you, like me, don't count mate.

I think we have to agree that fans have different circumstances so we will never all agree. I am personal a sunday man but thats me.

Lets look at what the club claims are the key reasons for the change

1)Longer Turnarounds between games
2)Better prep for the players

Well we have not seen the benefits of the above & with 4 wins out of the last 17, I find the position pretty hard to defend.

I think we can expect a split between Fri & Sun games next season.

Whilst I prefer Fridays I have quoted those reasons to people at the start of the season and chuckle to myself now at the irony of where we find ourselves. Having said that I'd be attending whatever day if I could physically get there.

Two reasons why we wont change back:

1) The corporate £1
2) it would mean admitting it was a mistake moving to Fridays, nobody from FC has the balls to admit that.

Depends if you are bothered about the people that have been screwed over and can hardly make games because of the move.

But attendances have gone up in the main, meaning that more people have maybe benefited than have been affected

Whatever the decision on game days for next season it needs to be made clear by the club before season tickets go on sale.

I can't see any change, as people have said, the average attendance is up, so why would they change it?

As I said numerous times, I preferred the mixture, we've not seen a lot of our RL friends much this season.

I agree, the mix as seen in the previous few seasons worked well. IIRC they picked the games they assumed could be on SKY and decided to play them on Fridays to minimise changes to dates.

Fridays to stay for me. I understand that wont suit other people but it suits me so sod the rest of you

Nah, doubt it, we still have 3 home games to bring that down

Hudds, Quins and Bradford, you could well be right.

Tempted to make the trip for the Huddersfield game, interested to see what an ambitious club with a decent coach play like, I wont be seeing that from FC for a while I think.

Meaning more have been affected by the dross served up.

I would find that a little hard to believe. So our average attendance, come the end of the season, will be higher and, therefore, we will probably still be the second best supported team in SL ??

If by RL friends youmean opposition supporters, you're spot on - away supporters have been down this year - I could be wrong but the stand seems remarkably empty most games. I suppose it just means that there are many more Hull supporters watching the team than in previous years.
