FC put an attacking kick in, and it deflected off a Rovers player and went into touch. Whether the Rovers player played at it is an other question.

To be fair i don't think he played at it and it was the right decision IMO.

As for going to the screen for it, we would have games that last 160minutes if we went to it for every little decision.
