In the July issue of Forty 20, there is an article titled Stay Healthy Start Writing. It explains how writing a novel based on your own life can be a good way for you to look after your mental health. It describes how since starting in 1988 I have written six novels all with a strong rugby league background and also how I have written three pages of advice to help any other rugby league fan do something similar.

Great stuff and very very true particularly at times like these. there is little doubt that writing my life story in three books about Hull FC certainly helped me!
