Thanks for the link.. I thought it was a fascinating interview regarding the club 'culture', and the new defensive system which Brett stated was used by Ivan Cleary..
Also Brett alluded to Hull FC using Damian Hughes a leading Sports Psychologist as a Consultant.. liquidthinker.com/

With Scott Taylor and Andre Savelio making it in to the latest SL team of the week we have now had players in this for the first 4 rounds which got me wondering when or if there had been a time that as a club we'd had more than one player in the team of the week on 4 or more consecutive occasions?
I think this just shows the impact and importance that changing the coaching set up at the club has had along with the new ethos and idea thats Brett Hodgson has brought in.
I think its also shows that the players have also bought in to what BH, KP & GE want and that they believe in what is being asked of them.
Whilst its still early in the season and there will no doubt be some games that don't go to plan I certainly don't think effort, determination or application will be in question this season.
BH whilst being an inexperienced head coach certainly seems to have very good people skills/man management and the ability to be able to get that extra 1% from his staff/players so far.
Players certainly seem to want to play for him, and buy into the culture he is creating.
I think BH has said it won’t happen at once & he’s building for the years to come.
There’ll be speed bumps along the way, but I’m massively impressed by what he’s said, and how he goes about saying it.
