If we are not signing any more new players (and in particular any more quota players) then we don't need to release Michaels as we don't need his quota spot for anyone else.
Of course we may need to release him for cap reasons in which case we will have a spare quota spot but won't be able to recruit anyone to fill it.
I presume we will need to release some players in order to afford the new signings.
Seem a bit pointless to replace HTW with him, as we have to pay a fee and pay him to enough for him to either move here or commute, will work out the same what Harry wants.
Not sure on our cap but we have enough spare and Savlio becomes available I'd make him an offer.
