I am a dissertation student at the University of Leicester. I am currently collecting information on the crowd and spectator culture of Rugby League fans, in an attempt to explain why Rugby league seems to have less of a violent spectator identity than football.
If you have a view on this matter I would greatly appreciate taking the time to answer my survey, it should take roughly 5-10 minutes to complete. Following the link below will take you to a Google forms page where more information will be given there. Please only partake if over 18.

Done it, but if you really want an insight in to rugby league fans you should try visiting a ground. If you were to spend an hour in the pubs near the ground before and after the game you might answer a lot of your owns questions.
I've filled it in for you but I think for you to get a fuller picture you probably need a broader questionnaire and understanding of how football has evolved from the boot boy days of the 70's and 80's to todays corporate driven matchday experience and the way that RL to lesser extent has mimicked this both in the good and the bad.
