This year a number of mistakes were made (recruitment and preseason training seem to be the big two for me) and this has snowballed into the mess we're in now. It is certainly not the fault of one person, but in this game that is usually where to buck stops. It had gone to far for him to rectify it and he and the club knew it had to change.
