I dont know him personally, as a fella he seems a good lad to be fair but grand finals are not won on popularity, thats not a dig at you by the way Marra!!
He also said something about him knowing if he had to walk and he would... I 100000000% hope he is right and I am wrong, and he turns us into WCC champions but on the other hand if as I suspect from experience he will fail miserably then i hope he knows when its time to go and not when were relegated or fighting for survival

IMO radford has a lot of faults, but I agree with your take on this and what I thought was that, despite these issues he may have (and public speaking is one!) he really did care. That meant something to me, he could not hide his emotion.

i like Radford more after hearing the interview. Two threads now running about what he said is a little OTT. Some very sensitive souls about.

Listened to the game on my laptop..sounded like the boys realy dug in for that win.unfotunately,I am going to miss the return match at the kc,got a hospital appointment at 4 pm that day,but will be home in time to listen to it.

That's how I read it.

Personally I just hope that he doesn't think that one result (great result though it was) suddenly proves him right and the doubters wrong. As I said yesterday, this win should be used as a catalyst to push on and not as justification to say that we have already done so. One swallow doesn't make a summer and all that.
