It's not organisation, it lack of creative knowledge. The players are carrying out his orders, effort, defence (in the main), guts, hard work, not lacking - which was Radford all over as a player. What we need is some creative ideas. If AP isn't going to sack him get the man some help.
I don't want to see LR hounded out the club and forever just be remembered as crap coach. I thought he was a decent enough player who always gave 100% - and some of that does rub off on the team.
But when all said and done, like in football, its a results business and the buck stops with the manager. Get him help, or let him go.
I know people say who would come in, but there are options out there if AP is prepared to pay a few quid - it's no worse than risking money on another player.
I really believe the squad isn't that bad, they just need some direction attacking.
