I wouldn't say Austin is keeping Rangers out of danger but the irony has not been lost on me and my boys.
In relation to the £60 / £130 million conundrum, every club in the bottom half of the Premiership have the same puzzle apart from Burnley, who won't spend. I recall City fans rejoicing when the summer transfer window closed. Millions spent, but the result is there for all to see. Money isn't everything at the bottom. QPR know that all to well. You have to have a spirit in the squad. See Palace last season and Burnley this. Without that you fail. City can't play at home. Crowds dipping. It's starting to look tough. It's not impossible. Two wins and all will start to look and feel good, but their 2014 form even with millions spent is not looking good.
