Did anyone else in the West stand see Holdsworth and Radford having a animated conversation on the touch line?

I think Radford was telling him to come off and Holdsworth didn't want to.
He came off after the next try.

I thought the big difference in this performance was after the first 10 or 15 minutes the dominance of our forwards and in particular Lynch. Best performance from him , cup excluded , for some time. Carried the ball aggressively and often. His defence was excellent and he played a lot of minutes as well. All on the back of a really tough game against the Wire and a short turnaround. If the forwards can get on top we've got a bit of pace and craft in the backs that can exploit it.

Listening to Gentles interview it was he himself that called for the 2pts as he felt the team were lacking in composure so wanted to take the 2 to slow things down. He mentioned that against the top teams they stay in the 'arm wrestle' but against the lower teams we go away from that and try to score on every set. That's why he asked for the 2 to regathering them & get them back on track to play out the sets.
Can't argue with him as the 2nd half proved.
