a sale of the KC to Allam would require the sale of an asset, a change in the tenancy agreement would require the tenants involved to agree (ieicon_razz.gifearson).

the KC cannot be sold, nor can the surrounding area, not without parliamentary intervetion, the tenancy agreement cannot be changed without agreement from City, FC and the Council.

People need to stop believing the trolls, there is more chace of me buying a kebab at mid-day on Hessle Road than there is of Allam buying the KC, or changing the tenancy!

IF the SMC tried to change terms we would have a straight conflict of interest case, and there's enough of us to doneate £500 each to fight it with a top QC.

What does it really matter if Allam does own the stadium? He only wanted it so he could extend it and build some stuff around it. Is that really a bad thing? Look at the way they decorate the upper tiers at ANZ stadium in Sydney, we could do something similar.
It really isn't the end of the world some make it.
