As the new yr approaches some of you maybe interested in losing weight or getting fit...i would highly recommend the fit4fc personal training or circuit training..i do these regularly myself and the results are amazing!!! Try it for yourself and see!!

Training has resumed for the new yr and the circuit training classes are Thursday 6.30 pm and saturday 10.00 am at Hull FC YPC pickering road
Circuit classes are £4 per session or book 10 for £30
