Has great strength and line running but his aggressive play and penalties let him down in the games iv'e seen. His is a top player for England but wouldn't cut it in the NRL IMO. Could name a few SL second rowers i'd have in front of him. I still think he is a good player but not as good as people make out.

One of the UKs true game breakers and in fairness is in the top 3 2nds in the UK if not 2nd best!!!

just for interest (and not to belittle you in any way pal) who do you see as better 2nd rowers than Hock in UK

He looks better than he is because of the players around him. He is a loose cannon who could lose you a game in a blink of an eye IMO!!! Ellis is better and i'd rather have Manu, Soliola, Waterhouse, Poletua. Tickle and Whitehead ain't too far off as well. Hock can be explosive, a nutter and his ball skills ain't the best. That's my opinion of course and everyone is entitled to theirs.
