OK pedant, Lloyd made the threat after you defaulted on rent payments.
That figure was the incentive offered to all clubs and paid to Hull FC by the RFL/SLE for agreeing a merger. The original offer was supposed to incentivise clubs like Cas & Wakey to merge but was then ised to bail Hull FC and Huddersfield out.
Neither of these points were the point though but I'll make allowances for you.
