Quote ="leeds owl"Daft lad. The North Stand at Headingley is a great old stand, full of character and history, and most importantly it's full every week unlike your library of a stadium. As for the statement "crumbling around you",
what a fool.'"
I take it you haven't sat in there for some time?
Its crampted (seats anywhere other than the paddock are too small and there is no leg room to speak of).
Its badly rusted and in need to significant repair.
If by "full of Character" you mean old, you are right.
There are several areas within that stand which have obstructed views
To even suggest its full every week is not only wrong it shows how blinkered you are.
If you consider someone with a drum, another with a trumpet and the rendition of a few Leeds United songs as atmosphere, you are very welcome to it.
