Just watching back the Canterbury bulldogs vs Penrith panthers game, and frank Pritchard absolutely leathers David Simmons with a shoulder that makes contact with the head. The incident was brought back due to the fact Pritchard scored from the knockon, and viewed by video referee...... It was deemed high and put on report..... No red card? Just wondered if anyone has seen this? And how you think it compares to the Moa decision?
