its quite a simple philosophy really,and i for one would have had a little more sympathy (slightly) for agar if he would have adopted this policy..nothing against horne or any other player but if a nicklas or any other young lad comes in for an injury or loss of form and produces perfomances they stay in the team,it will produce a healthy competition for places.

But you do seem to need to feel important.

Sorry to disappoint but check back and you will find I was against his appointment from day 1 and said we needed what we have just had, a complete overhaul of the full coaching structure.

What I did do was give him my support whilst he was in the job but it wasn't unquestionable by any means and often posted about his shortcomings. I just never went down the personal abuse front.
