Beer ban for the full trip, videos of every training session with both team & individual reviews. Add that to Danny Nicklas's comments about the young kids training in rightful positions etc & it all sounds promising.
Still can't believe in a full time environment that we havent been doing these things in the past but onwards & upwards eh.
Really looking forward to this season & I haven't said that for a while unfortunately.
