i still think to hang framed shirts we would need flat high walls im not a football fan but did see how barcalona did theres and i been round manlys one i think the carnegie does a great job well i would being a history student i belive the city needs both, this city has got in the habit of getting something new but at the expence of somthing else, other so called big citys find a way round this the more things we have the more the city gets used (sorry about the rant but the city about to miss a chance with the bombed cinima on bev rd looks like it could be flats when it could have been made into something to teach kids about the airaids in hull
