I rang the RFL and option 8 on the auto attendant allows you to be put though to the match officials adminstrator, so I selected that option and actually spoke to someone who would not give me Stuart Cummings e mail address but suggested I use the generic RFL e mail. I think the chap who answered was a bit surprised that I had actually got through.
