I actually don't think Agar is thick, he seems to have an open mind and is definetely very knowledgeable about certain aspects of the game, that's maybe why he seems genuinely respected by many in the game, which makes it all the more baffling that he continuously gets it so wrong on the field without learning his lessons after three years of failing spectaculously with his tactics, negative approach, failing to sort out our dire kicking game, lack of a second phase and the complete hash he makes of the interchanges.
