Yep, the evidence on the pitch says it all, although he is not the most media savvy to say the least, I think too much is made of his interviews and the way he comes across generally, you don't need to talk a good game to be a successful coach, sadly Agar is not a successful coach either but that's what I take issue with, not what he says after the game. He had a point in what he was saying, but the fact is we should be improving on an average season last year, not clinging onto it.
