I think this is a good idea but all the money raised must go to the Foundation. It is not clear from the press release whether the Foundation get every penny collected. Like some other people when I give to charity I deliberately avoid donating when the collector is on a large commission for rattling a tin. The percentage of [iClub 100[/i could be near 50% of money raised. I think it is therefore only ethical if the Foundation receive 100% of the money collected and the 100 season passes are donated to the charitable arm of the club by the commercial arm of the club, without any 'internal' transfers to cover the cost of the passes. I am sure the club are doing it this way, because I would not contribute to the Foundation's fund raisers if almost half was going towards buying someone a season pass.

the monies i raise for local charties is between me and the charities i dont seek media recognition for it ! i just like to see the charities get the maximum benefit not move my money about to suit myself if that dosent make me a "superfan" then so be it!

Ive spoken to richard from the RNLI, and roger waudby and they dont have a problem on the full amount been split 3 ways, all 3 charities will recieve a minimum of £550 i think thats a fair split dont you,also both charities have already recieved some money from other fundraising ive done over the last year.

Its irrelevant anyway as ive stopped asking for donations and ive not recieved any pledges since the club100 became such an issue with people,ill just cut my losses now finish my weight loss and make the donations,like ive already said the money im donating to the club100 is from friends and family and they dont have a problem with it. thats the last i want to hear about it as its becoming boring now
