Agar is a good coach just needs a Manager to control the Management of the team. We have the same problem now as when Kear took over from McRae.
McRae was a Manager with Kear a fantastic coach beneath him. Thats what most teams have a decent Head Coach/Manager with a Good Coach behind them.
I say target the saints game. It worked for Oldham Athletic, their manager was sacked due to dwindling support, we can but hope.
