I speak to Hall and he actually prefers to kick from the touchline - hence 1/1 when doing so today. It's all about the angles etc. and the mechanics of his kicking means he's better from the touchline than from say 15 yards in from the line.
a) he should certainly be the kicker when Tickle/Fitz are out and
b) there's case for giving him the touchline kicks all the time (although it has to be said Tickle is an excellent kicker)
