Quote ="GODS UNDERTAKER"thought they both defended well to be honest , Yeaman had a bad habit of being beaten on the outside to often last year for my liking but contrary to what the radio gang say Hall looked decent in defence and is improving massively'"
I believe we were tactically weak out wide last year - it was clearly a defensive pattern set up by Sharp that left the outside centre and winger exposed on both sides far too often. I hope we sort it out for this season.
I was at the game and we were certainly not tight in defence out wide on either side until Whiting came on.
Turner ia s fantastic prospect which he showed occasionally in what was, after all, only a pre-season friendly and Hall is already a very, very good player with a couple of frailties that he is a long way towards fixing already - I expect both to improve greatly this year and to get some game time. Yeaman would be my first choice though with Hall next and then Turner.
