Quote ="snaflr"Pointless we could start the season the same as we did this year then look what happend when do you draw the line.
I don't understand anything the club have done this year whatsoever, in no other form of sport would the manager not have taken the can for what has happend. injuries not his team ect ect spin all along and o then there's wait till next season when it's his team what a load of bullsxxt !!!. Lacking in leadership lacking in someone competant enough to know what there doing thats the problem . The slate is dirty move on
Who was picking the side at the start of the season and taking the credit's for it
then suddenly it's not his side we have problems
'"
Kind of agree, but we are NOT getting rid of him now, that's clear, so the issue is, do we support him and hope for change, or still moan. I have my doubts, but given the debate of 'shall we get rid' is an acedemic one, I prefer support and wait, rather than critercise and wait.
Good point about the start of the year, he was picking the side. But I remeber a quote in the HDM when we won 5 from 5 and on the back of a GREAT display against Bradford (Before we learnt they were cr#p), that AGAR said "The great start has even surprised me", and I thought then - nice guy, poor leader. Wrong choice of words. "We're bonded as a a group, doing the little things right, and concentrating on one game after another, that way the results take care of themselves" would be leadership. So, like I said, AND many have said, the critisim of AGAR is easy, and we all have doubts, but I'll hold back now for next season.
