Doesn't need em. Trust me. I was interchange official last night and he was first out for the second half, but had left something behind and he turned back to the dressing room at full speed and almost bowled the entire quins team over to get past them.
He spent large parts of the game mixing carb drinks on the sideline for the players. Really nice guy as well.
