How can he do that when he doesn't know himself - it comes down to balancing the cash, who we have now we may not have by payday if he hasn't the money to do pay for it.

He's already said they're all staying - provided we sell enough season tickets! If we don't then players will have to be sold. It's really not difficult to understand!

At the minute I am sure he does but if somebody comes in with a massive offer for a player they may well be sold so he cannot say or definate who is staying at risk of braking promises.

Apparently for Salford, they don't need to. They've got special dispensation due to having loadsamoney that they can take any overseas players that teams need to offload without it counting on their quota
